I see your point with that, but aren't the pieces whose place would be
the most blurry be Turbine or Turbine Admin related? The original
proposal was to include things like a servlet container (Tomcat) and a
SQL database (InstantDB) in the TDK

If things are packaged up in WAR or JAR files it wouldn't be such a
problem, but please note that the archive size is growing...
