I hate Perl and refuse to use it (Python rules ;-) ). Hell, why don't we
just write scipts in all the cross-platform "widely" available scripting
systems/languages. That should keep us busy for a couple of weeks, and it's
not as if there's not a TON of stuff to do in Turbine...

This is an open source collaborative project. If someone wants to contribute
a script in Perl, or Python, or whatever, I'm sure it can be accomodated as
an ALTERNATIVE. But please remember that Perl is definitely not everybody's
favourite, and is in fact a nightmare to a lot of "newbie" Java or Windows
people. Also, I don't want a "scripting language war" on this mailing list,
where we're supposed to talk Turbine and Java.
