I'm -1 on doing this (for now)...here is the reasons why...

#1. The TDK is just that...the Turbine DEVELOPER kit. It is not a tool for
doing deployment.

#2. A webapps is a webapp. There is absolutely no reason why you shouldn't
be able to simply copy your webapp into an installation of Tomcat+Apache and
have it just run. It is not our job to setup Tomcat+Apache for you and there
is already plenty of documentation on how to perform this action.

#3. It adds unnecessary complication to the TDK.
