To much delay as the TDK isn't updated nearly as much as Turbine is. I
wouldn't tie your QA cycle to the TDK. I would tie it to Turbine snapshots.

That is very rare and always fixed within about 24 hours.

I wasn't talking about maintaining your own version of Turbine.

Only that myself and others are fixing Turbine bugs on a daily basis and at
this point, the TDK version that is out there has a version of Turbine that
has a few pretty big bugs in it.
