Thank you, that is very useful information.  Now I can schedule a developer to look 
into moving from
Apache+JServ+mod_ssl to Apache+Tomcat+mod_ssl.

In order to use Turbine in production, we'll need to be able to rebuild turbine in 
case of emergency
(e.g. if we have to patch the code in a hurry).  The turbine source doesn't appear to 
be packaged
with the TDK, and I don't see any TDK-like tags in the CVS to tell me which modules 
were used in
building the TDK.  Is there a way to check out the exact turbine sources associated 
with a
particular TDK release?  (I'm still learning CVS, so please forgive me if I've missed 
something.)
