There's a bad edit there, I've fixed it. The stuff after the first
';' is an incomplete sentence. This now says

   You may use WebMacro for free under the GNU General Public License;
   or you may use it under the terms of the Semiotek Public License as
   follows. Feel free to contact us if you would like to work out a
   different arrangement than the options outlined here.

Sorry for any confusion, I must have been editing that file recently 
and saved it without reading it carefully.
