There is no chance of that:

  1. the goal of the whole process from the beginning was to put WM
under a license that everybody could use. i started that process
long before turbine appeared on the scene, and it got delayed for
months by the ASF--it would have happened *faster* had it not been
     for the ASF's screw ups

  2. release under these licenses is irrevocable. even if i released
a future version of wm under a different license the current
releases are under the GNU GPL and SPL(apache) licenses forever

  3. webmacro is a community development process. contrary to anything
Jon may have told you about me, all licensing decisions were put to
a vote on the WM list. we have the current licenses because wm
     users voted for them.

Jon likes to call me a dictator but the truth is that every important
decision about WebMacro has gone to a vote on the list where *all* users
were invited to participate--not just developers.

My one dislike of the Apache process is it deprives users of a voice. It
insists that only people who actually contribute code are worth listening
to. There is *talk* to the contrary in some of the documents, and from
people like Brian B., but in practice I've seen people shot down on your
lists because they weren't developers.

WebMacro is not under the SPL because of the ASF, it is under the SPL
because WebMacro users need it to be under an open license.
