We are using ASE 11.x and quickly will be switching to ASE 12.x

isql has a command-line for switching the command-end charater, but since
everyone here is used to GO's it was just easier.
sqsh has trouble with the generated sql from torque, but I didn't really dig
into it much since it worked with OpenClient's isql.

Hmm, I see only timestamp, datetime, and smalldatetime as types in 11.x
DATETIME was what we've always used...
