I believe this is the best option just as we have SO and SA now have
active_mapper and elixir, and it seems people do want elixir as
default, so we should make a big note on that in the docs.

now since TG2 won't have tg-admin (at least that seem to be the case)
it could be simpler to have the "extra" templates be there, as with
the current quickstart command it's a bit obscure.
