It took me a bit longer, mainly because I wound up fighting some restructured text formatting issues. However, I have put together something that manages to show the direction (at least a little bit) I want to take the documentation in.
The output is visible at http://web.icelus.tzo.com/~marvin/tg2/ and the source is visible at http://www.bitbucket.org/pedersen/tg_2_1_docs/ It's barely a beginning, but I think the changes so far make the documentation much more navigable. Now that I've gotten to this point, it's time for me to start poking through all of the doc files themselves and gather up the listing of where the holes are, and to try to tighten up what's already there.
