Okay, now that is a reason I can agree with. extended TOC stays in. I still
want it at the bottom of the page, though. New people will be more likely to
click it if it's at the top of the page, and the extended TOC will just
leave them scratching their heads without a lot more work going into it. And
with it being used the way you're talking about, we really shouldn't want a
lot more text on that page to distract people.

BTW, the current TOC might be hard to find, but it's visible at
http://www.turbogears.org/2.0/docs/toc.html
