I've now published a repository with my proposed changes to the TG 2.1

The changes are quite a lot, and I have used the opportunity to convert
the docs to use Sphinx theming support (i.e. created our own theme).
There's still a lot of work to do:
- Polish the CSS (maybe change colors, add gradients, add logo, ...)
- Rearrange the structure/toc so navigation will become easier and go
along with the 6 proposed main sections.
We may want to distribute the docs into 6 different subdirectories
instead of one "main" subdirectory.
Generally, the directory structure should match the toc structure
so things will be easier to find and maintain.
- Fix broken links to outdated stuff etc.
- Work on all the things that have been marked as "todo" items.
These are collected by Sphinx in "todo.html".
I'm voting for shifting our focus for the sprint from rearranging to
working on the todo list. Michael or I can try to carry out the major
rearrangements before the sprint already, so that things will not be
moving around during the sprint which would be difficult to follow.
