If hosting for TG web content is needed just let me know, my company
provides WSGI hosting service so I probably can easilly get hosting
for anything needed by TG for free.

It won't fail, but in my opinion is just more complicated to manage
than being able to push to both 2.2 and 2.1 branches and just tag both
the new 2.1.1 and 2.2 releases. Just my two cents, in the end I'm open
to working with any branching strategy. TG is a quite linear project.
