That's a brilliant idea. If it worked well it would also be a good advert for TG. I'd suggest that the tagging be done using an idea from above in the thread, where you just add [description] to your subject, or maybe at the end of the mail if there are multiple tags. It has to be a tagging method that can be used via email, is reasonably unobtrusive to people who don't know about it, and is quick and easy to do.
