+1 for tags in the body (the subject sould remain readable for humans)* -1 for x-tags headers (could be optional), since, for the workload sharing to be effective, the tagging technique has to very accessible. But there should be also an external interface to tag emails, so that other users than the author can tag emails. Otherwise the whole concept of folksonomy does not work. * The tags could be anywhere in the mail, as long as a regular expression would be able to identify them securely.
