Good point. I think it's about which library should be preferred to built the more advanced widgets with, like AjaxGrid or AutoCompleteField. It is desirable that all widgets and widget libraries use the same library (or maybe a set of 2 or 3 compatible libraries), so that they can be mixed without getting into library conflicts and clients do not need to load and run so much different stuff. In case of need, you can still create your own widgets using a different library, but there should be a recommended choice.
