Seems ok, only extra "metadata" is missing such as version (where the bug was found not milestone) but I think that we can leave that out or added as part of the issue comment. Other than that the formatting looks a bit messed in some issues but it seems so does the original SF issue, for example: https://github.com/pedersen/tgmigrtest/issues/53 I think that it would be a waste of time to correct that (messed formating) and we can go as is with those issues imported from trac originally.
