I agree, adding the version as a tag would be really helpful. Also there are things like the "module" which creates quite some chaos (sqlalchemy, quickstart, core, and so on). To split between different projects we can now add the tickets to the project itself (core vs devtools) and actually I think that it is something that until we have a team of many people splitted in subteams is not very useful.
