If there does end up being something like all the relevant modules and
classes munged together into an scdl4j jar then there isn't any reason not
to included any of the Tuscany extensions as long as they don't bring in any
additional dependencies.  So you just need scdl4j and stax and you can
process any of our composites. Still makes sense to support the same
meta-inf/services extension mechanism to you can add additional scdl
extensions that aren't included in the scdl4j jar.
