Tina Fey did a 10 at 10 that was hyped during "30 Rock" that they saved for the end of the show. Usually, it seems, they do the 10 at 10 earlier. And the ratings still tanked on Thursday night. His ratings are getting close to where they were at 11:35 p.m. I wonder if the ratings for 11 p.m. news continue to decline.
