Philadelphia primary PBS station WHYY is technically licensed to Wilmington, DE (and is the only TV station allocated to the state)-- this past summer, it cancelled its nightly "Delaware Tonight" newscast, replaced it with a weekly program and wants to shut down its Wilmington facilities. City fathers in Wilmington say they intend to challenge the station's license:
