"city fathers" will accomplish nothing except spend a boatload of money on legal fees. DMA's and other laws regarding studio locations etc. are drastically different than they used to be. even in commercial licensing this is being done...even in my little market right now. what delaware will lose is tax revenue, but since PBS is mostly tax exempt, that amount won't amount to enough for the FCC to block any kind of challenge at all. in fact, given the the current political make-up of the current commission, I doubt this even gets a hearing.
