Should this pass, I suspect Ferguson could benefit the most from the change, 
coming on when Conan would be shifting from his strength (the comedy) to his 
weakness (the interviews).

The big question is whether or not Letterman's current advantage over Conan at 
11:35 would persist with Leno?  Part of this would depend on how much of the 30 
minute show would reflect Leno at 10 or Leno on Tonight.
