Red Line.  Or if you're talking about the whole system, the 'L'.  The process 
used to be worse, until they completely rebuilt the Addison station about 15 
years ago. The station house was about a third as big as it is now, and there 
were separate northbound and southbound platforms, much narrower than the 
current single platform.

But I don't think it's any more nightmarish than leaving any other sporting 
event via train, even AT&T Park -- although admittedly, the variety of rail 
options available there (Muni Metro, Caltrain, or walking up to BART) spreads 
out the crowd a bit more than at Wrigley Field.
