others.

Arthur might be the first guy to do this kind of imitation where the viewers of 
the source material can follow along, and pile on, should they so choose.  
YouTube comments suggest as much.

I seem to recall Letterman had a German imitator, too. It happens. As
Snyder (and others) used to say, imitation is the sincerest form of
thievery.
