This whole thing is sort of the opposite of what happened a few years
back when Eddie Izzard was sued for recycling previously heard
material in his comedy tour. His audiences wanted something new,
whereas Eddie's claim was that he was essentially a rock star and felt
audiences would expect to hear a rock star's biggest hits when they
went to a live concert.
