I know it sounds like torture, and of course, life's too short, but
you might want to give a one-time viewing of a pilot episode more than
the first few minutes to see if it gets its footing. Then again, I
might want to see an Alec Bladwin-Shannon Doherty sex tape - and we
know that ain't happening.
