It looks like it's a corporate-wide dispute between Gannett (owner of WUSA, the DC CBS affiliate) and Dish. All of the Gannett owned stations (eg KUSA - a NBC affiliate, KXTV - a ABC affiliate, etc.) have posted the message on their websites warning that the stations will get dropped from Dish.
