If a journalist knows something and elects to not report it, I have a
serious problem with that. Barring national security or some other
compromising situation, a journalist reports what he/she knows.
I refer this question to the Canadians on our list:
Am I correct in remembering that start times for national election coverage
on the Canadian networks are staggered, based on the closing times of the
polls in each time zone? That is, Mansbridge et al. wouldn't appear on the
Vancouver airwaves until 8pm PT?
