Watching Letterman's appearance on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show, I can't shake the feeling all of this was planned. Either that or Dave recently rewatched the same episode and said to himself, "How cow! It's been 20 years since Johnny asked me if I could see myself doing my show for another 20 years!"
