I am going to assume that if it is the former, then Stewart would be guilty of some kind of criminal act - reckless driving at a minimum, if not some kind of manslaughter. But, without veering into the kind of victim-blaming that got Stephen A. into trouble, it does seem that under the circumstances, getting out of your car and walking out into on-coming speeding traffic is a contributing factor in the accident. -- -- TV or Not TV ....
