I'd have thought this was a result of delaying the premiere from March 9.  Not 
that it makes much difference to have a full week of shows before two weeks of 
shows affected by the tournament.

I understand that given the games going on, reruns make sense. What doesn't 
make sense is premiering a new series knowing you'd have to preempt two out of 
five episodes because of the games. It isn't as if March Madness is new.

Time-Warner's web based interface for my CBS affiliate has news at 12:00 ET, 
Dave at 12:25, and James (with a generic description of "The English actor
