I don't remember what year this started, but Dave aired a rerun on Fridays during the summer. The rest of the year he taped two full shows on Thursday. Although in 2008 he taped the Friday show on Monday. I remember that because I traveled to New York and I put a request in for show tickets for Monday. An audience coordinator called me and asked if I wanted to attend the 3:30 show or the 6:00 show. So two complete shows with separate audiences. Stephen is airing a rerun on Fridays during the summer with new cold opens and monologues. He couldn't recruit a new audience just for that. -- -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
