believe if it wasn't John Ourand:

CBS goes on the air at 10:00 AM ET Sunday. The plan is the tournament will 
wrap by 3:00 PM. CBS allowed for an hour padding for the three late NFL 
games at 4:05 PM. If, for some inexplicable reason, the tournament is not 
done by 4:00 PM, the broadcast will shift to...

...ABC.
