There will be lots of lawsuits before this is done. There is probably a number somewhere south of the initial offer that the Board would accept just to get it done, and would still be more than the stock was worth when he first started this. Folks would sue, but it would probably stand.
If. We’re on the Board I would insist on every dollar he promised to buy Twitter for, collect the one billion if he refused, and then sue him anyway.
