That polorizer chatter is an indication of a bad servo. Capacitor problem.
Try disconnecting the red servo motor wire after acquiring a signal and see
if it stays stable. If so, and it goes to heck again after reconnection this
issue would be solved.

I went up to check my dish just to make sure nothing was wrong and I didn't
see any problems. I did notice that my servo motor chattered on occasion
and the polarator moved a little. Is that normal or do I have a servo
problem?
I'm still thinking it's a receiver problem.

Actually, if you're seeing a Quality of 90+ and
are still having problems, then there's something
else afoot besides dish alignment, I'm sorry to
say. At that point I'd suspect the 4DTV unit is
malfunctioning, but I don'tknow what you'd do
about it other than send it in. Well, if you can
lay your hands on another 4DTV unit and plug it
into your system, that would pretty much tell the
tale, but I know that's not always an easy thing
to do.
