Ya Nikhil i now understand, well as far as i know the Fedora kernel
packages with the xen tag are actually kernels with extra support for xen 
compiled in, to be frank i have never tried to work out the same during custom 
compilation. 

Try lookin for similar things such as Xen options during the configuration of 
the kernel, but I seriously don know how that
is done. so i would love to hear from someone else on this discussion !
