Hi Rajkumar: Thanks for sending in the screenshots/images for the WAN and LAN configuration. Here is what you need to optimize the WAN configuration for your DataOne connection on the BSNL router. Currently there are 7 entries for the WAN Configuration. The first entry is the 'pppoe_0_35_1' service. Please select from second row to the last. These are bridge entries that we don't need for our case. VPI/VCI Remove 0/32 [] 8/35 [] 8/81 [] 0/100 [] 14/34 [] 1/41 [] Click on the remove checkbox and then click on the Remove button. After the entries have been deleted, please click on the [Save/Reboot] button and let the router reboot and come up. You may need to refresh your browser to get access again.
