Hello, For API related issues, there is the @twitterAPI account. For overall Twitter related issues, http://status.twitter.com/ and/or http://blog.twitter.com/ should be your first stop for information when the site/service itself is having problems. It is hard to send out information through Twitter accounts when the site itself is down.
