Marcel, If that is the new line of thinking about bulk DMs by Twitter, then I am immediately going to enable the sending of bulk DMs to all the followers of a Twitter account in my service.
I deactivated that feature early in the year when Doug advised me that Twitter does not condone sending bulk DMs to followers.
