I appear to have the same issue. The status keeps reporting 0 remaining, yet I'm well past the reset time. When I try on another IP address, using the same authentication, I get 75 remaining. I don't understand how my IP address could have gotten blocked. My application does not attempt any further access to the API once the rate limit has been reached.
