Yes, I know, but the behavior is very consistent to be just coincidence.
I've tried to follow ICS' source code to see any differences, but there was
no visible thing, just maybe some extra character sent by using the page and
not by the stream (Is that possible?)

I cannot say at sure, because I don't know the clients that are accessing
the server, but I was thinking of the Brazilian Portuguese IE or some kind
of communication intercept in the client machine, like an AV. My machine is
virus/spyware clean, and the problem is clearly client side - from the
sniffer, I've seen the data sent is the same using IE or FireFox.

I'm afraid this will be impossible, I'm behind my ISP's firewall and I
cannot change it.

If you can do it, that would be great. That way, I could try your web server
and you can check what is the traffic between my and your computer using IE
and FireFox.
