Add the following default environment variables for the NPCM845 EVB: - tftptimeout / tftptimeoutcountmax: relax the TFTP timeout so that large images can still be fetched over a slow or congested link instead of aborting early. - bootpretryperiod: extend the BOOTP/DHCP retry period accordingly. - stopwdt: convenience command to stop the watchdog that the boot ROM leaves running, so the board does not reset while sitting at the U-Boot prompt.
