Add the link rate, training pattern, AUX read interval and downspread definitions, along with the sizes of the receiver capability field, the link status field and the AUX payload. These are needed by a driver that trains an eDP link itself rather than relying on firmware.
The names and values match the Linux header. Keep the (1 << n) form the surrounding definitions in this file already use.
