This is something that can be addressed in ".login" record in the Unidata 
account and should not be considered as a fault of the product.  We try to 
prevent our users from accessing the unix prompt whenever possible.

 As a side note, I have had Unidata failures that dropped me to the Unix 
prompt. That's bad too. I haven't had Oracle do it yet, but it is just as 
possible I suspect.
