Dave: I don't think I had to do this in UD when setting up a network printer. I simply installed the printer (HP2420tn) onto the UD machine; the HP driver was installed for this printer. I use the SETPTR command (creating a _HOLD_ entry first) to send PCL5 codes, the print job, and finally the PCL end-job codes and everything gets through just fine.
