Whoah there.. Aren't you mixing up the fruit basket a bit? MV is not just a data store (like MySQL) and it makes sense in a lot of cases to integrate external technology directly into MV. I guess it's pointless, in the sense of your statement, to even consider generating HTML from MV since it's not a web scripting language? Heck, for that matter, what's the point of MV.NET then? Why shouldn't we all just dump our data into flat files and use "standard" tools with it?
