Rex, Based on the results, I have to wonder if the PHB selected SAP before any kind of analysis was done and without the knowledge of how difficult implementations like this are, and in particular how demanding an SAP implementation is. Then the ROI was done to justify the selection. I've seen it before and based on the results, I have to wonder.
