You could try to run it inside Virtual PC (free from Microsoft), VirtualBox (free from Sun or is that Oracle), or vmWare. I haven't tried Open Insight myself but, everything that I have tried that doesn't work in Vista (64 bit) works very well in a virtual session with XP. HTH.
