Thanks, Doug. I'm using a domain admin user (although not the
"administrator" user). I'm able to access and administer any machine on
the network. Their admin is making sure I have "Allow local user" and
"Impersonate a client after authentication" rights.

This might be similar to a problem I had to do with BDT and Universe 11.1.3
& 11.1.9. Once I changed the administrator password to match the domain
administrator password on the Universe box, UOJ started working.
